On a personal note, this simply wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the overwhelming support that our inaugural show received last year – both in terms of the more than 1,400 attendees (both big and small!) who crammed into the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 594 – as well as from countless media outlets that provided both post and pre-show coverage, including CBC-TV, CTV-Windsor, CBC-Radio, AM-800, Cogeco Cable, Windsor This Week, The LaSalle Post, St. Clair College’s MediaPlex News, TGT Media and Metroland Media.
Moreover, the day itself couldn’t have even functioned without the generous support from my family and friends (who graciously staffed the show) as well as my special guests, all of who all took a chance on agreeing to be part of Windsor’s first comic book convention in more than 20 years. I will forever be indebted to all of these fine folks.
I am very proud to bring you this convention once again and would like to thank Mr. John Fairley and St. Clair College for their partnership in making Christmas Comic Con 2 (C3-2) a reality.
