Christmas Comic Con 3 (Dec. 7/2014, Windsor, ON) announces guests David and Meredith Finch
Christmas Comic Con 3 (Dec. 7/2014 at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts) is pleased to announce the appearance of a dynamic duo of DC Comics talents – both of whom are gearing up to begin a new chapter for one of the most-iconic characters in the history of the medium. Yes - both David AND Meredith Finch will be part of the C3-3 lineup, with their spin on Wonder Woman set to debut in November! The book is just the latest feather in the cap of Essex County native David Finch, whose artistic career has seen him illustrate a who’s who of classic comic heroes, including Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, X-Men, Daredevil, Hulk and Avengers (as well as a host of villains in DC Comics’ recent Forever Evil storyline). He is also a Shuster Award winner, having taken home the top spot for Outstanding Artist in 2009 for his work on Ultimatum #1-2 for Marvel Comics. Meanwhile, writer Meredith’s career began with Zenescope Entertainment, where she penned three Tales from Oz one-shots. Wonder Woman will mark her first ongoing series. Having both members of the talented Finch family will make for a truly rare treat for fans – and one that couldn’t be better-timed, given the release of the first Wonder Woman book set for only weeks prior.
