RetroRama Classic Collectibles Con (Sunday, Oct. 30th at Windsor’s Caboto Club!) proudly welcomes Alison Arngrim, an actress/comedian best known to viewers world-wide for her portrayal of the incredibly nasty “Nellie Oleson” on the much loved, long running hit television series "Little House On The Prairie." Today, she continues to amuse audiences through her many film, television, stage and multi-media appearances, including being a New York Times Best Selling author for her book, “Confessions of A Prairie Bitch: How I Survived Nellie Oleson and Learned to Love Being Hated." In addition, Arngrim also stars in a one woman show “Confessions of a Prairie Bitch”, which started at Club Fez in New York in 2002, and has now become a world-wide phenomenon, having been performed to packed houses in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Green Bay, San Francisco, Seattle, and in France, where Alison performs entirely in French. She is also a proud activist in the AIDS community. Arngrim's enduring television legacy has also earned her several awards, including the 2006 TV Land Award: for "Character Most Desperately in Need of a Timeout" (Little House on the Prairie); as well as the 2002 Young Artist Award: Former Child Star Lifetime Achievement Award for (Little House on the Prairie). Windsor Comic Cons and GlassMonkey Studios can't wait for our RetroRama attendees (and us!) to meet this true entertainment icon!
